Health Clinic Update March 8 – The appointment times for those who have registered for the Sunday, March 17 Health Clinic have been emailed out. If you have not received yours, please check your Spam folder. If it is not there, please contact the Health Clinic Coordinator, Carolyn Vack. Her contact information is further down the page.

Health Clinic Update – UPDATE – March 5 – The echocardiogram schedule is full. There are still open slots for eyes, auscultations and BAER testing. Starting Wednesday, registrations will be taken at the show until the schedule is full. Cash only. Stop by the Club Table in the Main Arena to register for the Sunday, March 17 Health Clinic.

The Health Clinics will be held on Sunday, March 17 in the Expo’s Arena Lobby area from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM .  Pre-registration and pre-payment is required for the echocardiogram and strongly recommended for all other tests. Registrations will be taken on a first come, first served basis at the show, beginning Wednesday March 13 for any open slots. Registration at the show is cash only. Drop ins will be taken on the day of the clinic only if time allows.

OFA/CERF exams by Dr. Martha Low (DVM, DAVCO) – You will need the dog’s AKC number and microchip or tattoo ID number. Report to the eye exam area 10 minutes before your scheduled time so that drops can be applied to the dog’s eyes. (Cost $45.00 per dog.) To limit exposure, only the vet tech will accompany your dog into the exam room.

OFA Cardio exams by Dr. Megan King – Diplomat of ACVIM, board certified in cardiology.

– Cardiology Auscultation exam.  (Cost $50.00 per dog.)

–  Echocardiogram – $300 per dog. No refund for cancelled exams.  Preregistration and payment must be received by March 3, 2024.
